Trent TV: Talking to You

Today’s Trent TV rant heads straight for the people who slip tackles, duck responsibilities, and seem content to sneak away from the truth, unscathed.  Somehow, religion has become a hotbed of hypocrisy where almost nobody applies the truth to himself, but gladly and energetically applies it to others.  These kinds of days must end for those interested in making the truth count.

“The disease of hypocrisy is so advanced at this stage, that I don’t know if it can ever be eradicated in those who have for so long tolerated it” Trent Ling frets. “It’s like asking someone’s name, paying no attention to the response, and then still having no hint of the name.  But, in this greater realm of truth and knowledge, power and deliverance, the losses from not paying attention multiply catastrophically.  I guess we will see who can and will press their own brakes, listen up, and get their own house in order, first and foremost.”

  1. Overwhelming heavy sense of defeat, I have been talked to and taught so much through the years by so many, still being taught, still have this huge sense of defeat and sense of gone “no-where”. Disappointed so many. Temptation to just crawl in a hole and distance myself from others. Defeat is an ugly feeling.

  2. Oh man! Guilty, party of one! Let me clear my throat. . . me, me, me, me. I’m sorry what was your name again? . . . . I would even make it sound like it was planned. Ugh. Effective today I’ve started with the brakes! First and foremost I have a wonderful list to go after! Thank YOU for talking to me, me, me.

  3. A truer truth was never spoken! I am so guilty of this. When I read about asking someone’s name and not paying attention long enough to grasp the answer, oh, that is so me! Thanks for talking to ME!

  4. Amen!! Let’s be done with that, already!

Matthew 7:3 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?
