Video Preach: Trying to Spare You

Not even a cold front sweeping across Orlando, Florida could chill the Spirit from heftily weighing in to explain some under-appreciated ministry dynamics.  In this clip excerpted from the preached message, “Explaining ‘Undefined,'” Trent Ling stood his ground and let the truth be known should anyone have been interested.  Brrr, that was some cold reality for many.

More and more, the Spirit reveals that people cannot be spoon-fed or shielded from reality forever.  At some point, the reaping of the sowing must begin.  This represented one of those points.  Very sad, indeed.

Video Preach: Trying to Spare You — 2 Comments

  1. The Bible and His true followers in This ministry have been trying to spare us all for over a decade. Whether it’s encouragement, a life-saving-rebuke or just an ear to hear; everything needed is readily available in The Exiled Ministry. At some point we must individually walk the plank-of-faith and see what’s been built spiritually. One great thing about the Lord is if what’s been built is too fragile, too delicate, poorly built or just unsustainable than it can be torn down and rebuilt correctly. God’s always on the side of those trying to build a life that serves Him (not necessarily us).

  2. The Heart. To be spared by God’s love because the heart is seen by God to deserve sparing is too great for words. Humility must be taken more serious and is in the hands of those wishing to really know God.
    Zephaniah 2:3 . . . . seek humility, . . .
We all played “Hide and Seek” – that’s the type of effort needed. Go find that humility!
Our heart must be for God and God’s purpose and as I see more clearly – inline with what matters to God. It sounds tough – but it isn’t so difficult when you really love God. That’s cool, because you can tell those who really love God. They have no problem with humility.
